Continuing the Form  (Raheny)

Monday 7th April 2025 to Monday 30th June 2025

Start time 6:15pm, Finish time 7:15pm

This class is suitable for those who have completed the first section (B1) of the form and who wish to learn the middle section (B2) of the form or for those who wish to deepen their experience and embodiment of this part of the form.

Cost: €150, (€100 repeater/concession)

No classes Bank Holidays during term which are: Apr 21st, May 5th, and Jun 2nd.

Tai Chi Embodiment (Raheny)

Monday 7th April 2025 to Monday 30th June 2025

Start time 7:30pm, Finish time 8:45pm

This class is suitable for anyone who has taken up to IF level with us and will focus on deepening embodiment of Tai Chi as well as continuing to explore the Push Hands aspect of Tai Chi.

Cost: €150, (€100 repeater/concession)

This class is suitable for those who have completed the first section (B1) of the form and who wish to learn the middle section (B2) of the form or for those who wish to deepen their experience and embodiment of this part of the form.

Cost: €150, (€100 repeater/concession)

No classes on Apr 24th, May 8th, & May 15th.

New! Beginner’s Tai Chi  (Balbriggan)

NOTE: Classes will start in September 2025

This class will be suitable for anyone who is new to Tai Chi and is also suitable for anyone who has previously taken Tai Chi classes with us and would like to refresh and/or deepen their experience of the form.

We offer outdoor practice sessions with Colette on Sunday mornings between 11-12pm at Sonairte Visitor Eco-Centre and Gardens, Ninch, County Meath.

All beginners, past and present students are most welcome to join.
Social distancing will be observed.
